Greetings everyone, first of all I would like to thank you all for giving me the opportunity to apply for this amazing role as SAHP Sheriff.


Personal Profile:
For those of you that I have not had the opportunity to personally meet yet, I would like to tell you about my previous experiences. For the past 2 terms I have been successfully serving as the Chief of RS, however I have been a part of the SAHP organisation for the past 4 terms. Furthermore, I have experiences working in other divisions such as Internal Affairs, Special Response Team, Strategy and Negotiations and the newly introduced Undercover Division.

Throughout my terms at the organisation, I have always prioritised the future and current cadets that I meet daily. For me it is crucial that the training is of high standard and quality, as well as being fun and enjoyable for everyone involved. From the very beginning of my career at SAHP I have kept myself occupied with training and recruitment, which resulted in me being offered Chief of RS after all blood, sweat and tears that I had put into the people and the organisation.

Since then, I have been diligently working on making the RS division and the SAHP the best. My goal was to ensure that the organisation had an active RS division with hand-picked RS members that provided the best training and quality recruitments. Me and my RS division have worked hard. As of now we have made it to 135 members with highly energetic and extraordinary officers, whom I am very proud to be working alongside.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

If I am selected as the leader of SAHP, I believe that I can contribute and make this organisation thriving and prosperous. My personal attributes and characteristics make a big impact on my leadership, which I believe is needed to keep this organisation stern and firm. As well as entertaining and rewarding for those that are in it and those whom we interact with daily.
3. Goals & Targets

1. There has been a frequent issue throughout every term, which is people not being active on duty after reaching a specific rank. This occurrence keeps resurfacing despite us having a larger number of members. My first target would be to assign specific tasks to respective rank holders, to make people find the work entertaining and motivate them to work harder in order to get promotions and bonuses. For example, troopers and senior troopers need to complete 5 arrests, 10 towing and 20 citations under the strict supervision of Highway Patrol division as well RS division in order to be promoted. Master troopers and above need to be in 2 divisions at least, such will only be promoted as per division Chief’s recommendations and based on their org activities.

2. In order to ensure that the org members find their work entertaining and enjoyable, I will carry out internal events once a week.

3. Continue with the strict trainings and open recruitment drives hosted inside the city to make the process more easily accessible for the applicants.

4. I will make sure that Internal Affairs will have adequate and strict members to supervise and observe that the members are following protocols.

5. A newly structured SRT division will be introduced to ensure that we have enough ghetto patrols and special missions every week.

6. In order to ensure that the divisions are doing their work properly I will appoint 3 strict Chiefs of Staff.

7. Improve the Strategy and Negotiation division.

8. Introduce the Towing division where Senior troopers and above can join.

9. I will be focusing on public relations and will make sure to maintain a professional and positive relationship with each state organisation.

10. Introduce ‘’Advisor’’ rank which will be reserved for a member that has previous experience as Sheriff.

11. I will be strictly ensuring that when it comes to responding to departments, ATM robberies and Globals, it will get the maximum priority. This will be carried out through a strict SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) which has to be followed, including everyone from HC to every Junior ranks.

12. Some new and professional trainings are to be added. For example, mandatory convoy trainings, airborne and THU, radio telephony, situational awareness, HRM (Human Resource and Management), combat and tactics (under SRT).


4. Advice for improving Role Play level in organisation


My ultimate goal will be to influence everyone to engage in more RP situations, increase the usage of /try, /me and /do commands.

Trainings and briefings should be more simulated which will engage and require more RP. Moreover, such trainings should be conducted with other state orgs to maintain the same quality overall to provide a good RP play for all. A few subdivisions under highway patrols should be introduced later to make the RP more fun and realistic.

High Command meetings and promotional ceremonies are to be hosted in auditoriums.

Special Response unit and Undercover unit will be having special agents that will be specifically trained for convoys, i.e., ammo run for every org, providing security to state High Commands as well as the Governor. Give more freedom to the undercover units in their field work however this will be supervised by me and the Governor to ensure that protocols are followed as per state rules.
