2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1-> why do I want to be a leader of this specific org? Good question cause I could’ve have applied for ballas or bloods but I have decided to apply for vagos cos it an overlooked gang and nobody respects it as they should, I would like to lead vagos aswell coz I had been an deputy of it once some time ago.
2-> I want to be a gang leader cuz I really want to improve the rp in the gang side, we all love 20 ppl in events in stores and ect but im really trying to find is to make very very good rp situations with the state side and i know it will be very fun coz the current LSPD leader is very good at this, so im trying to say is even if the store has the minimum player I would like to maximise the amount of RP.
3-> truth to be told I ran out things to say but another reason is that I have been a deputy let’s say 12 times and every leader had a good term ( not to be egoistic, it was because of me ) but I want to make a change to that and want to become a leader but not the most feared leader but when you see my passport number you know that you going to make some nice RP
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1 -> I will make more scenarios in hostage situations that involve more rp like for example i sliced him leg off my gang member needs to put him in a wheelchair and the state side needs to call an ambulance. I want to make these scenarios so we can have way more fun.
2 -> we won’t tollerate any disrespect trolling or breaking the ghetto rules and no shouting in the radio whoever violates these will get black listed from the gang as I don’t want any unnecessary warnings as one my goals is no have no warnings the whole term.
3 -> I will have daily meetings with my gang members on what problems we have to improve in the gang and any suggestions in the gang and if any state or crime leaders have any problems with anything in the gang so I realise what I’m doing wrong in my term.
