This person had put out an ad hiring workers for solar panel plantation for 12k, once i arrived there and he had gave me a solar panel i planted it , then refused to pay me because i had rightfully asked his friend for pov in an event and he ended up getting banned. i then removed the solar panel after the clip because of this, and i want him banned because he is scamming people into planting solar panels then not paying.
