Hello,
I am contacting you regarding my 30-day ban for 6.23 Approved - Demande Pov travers | 25337
During the event, an enemy player was positioned on a rooftop behind a ventilation structure. Normally, this object blocks bullets. However, because of a game desynchronization issue, one of my bullets went through the ventilation object and hit the player behind it.
I would like to clarify that I do not use any cheats, external software, or modifications to gain an unfair advantage. This was purely a game bug that happened unintentionally. In my POV, it can clearly be seen that I was shooting normally and not intentionally trying to exploit a bug.
After the incident, the player requested my POV, which I provided immediately without hesitation. After reviewing it, I received a 30-day ban for bug abuse.
I completely understand that rules regarding bugs must be taken seriously. However, in this specific situation, I genuinely did not believe this counted as intentional bug abuse, especially since this desynchronization issue has existed for a long time on the server and can happen unpredictably.
I already tried explaining the situation to the FR Chief admin Rejected - Demande de deban pour 6.23 RG but my appeal was denied. That is why I am now reaching out to you to respectfully request a review of my ban.
I am a serious player and I respect the server rules. I am simply asking for consideration of the fact that this was not an intentional exploit, but rather a technical issue caused by the game itself.
