2.1 I want to be the leader of Blood Street Gang because I have already been a deputy in Bloods, MaraBunta, and Vagos, and I completed all my terms successfully. Now I feel ready to try something new and take the responsibility as a leader. Blood Street Gang has always been one of the most Iconic and dangerous gang in the city due to terror they cause and their iconic Blood Red colour. Blood has been in my heart for a long time now.
2.2 I want to lead the Blood Street Gang because I believe I can keep the organization active. I want to help Blood Street Gang grow into one of the strongest and most dangerous organizations in the city.
2.3 I want to create a fair environment where every member gets a chance to prove themselves. Promotions will be based on loyalty, activity, and performance rather than friendships. I want every member to feel valued and motivated to contribute to the success of the gang.
2.4 The red color of Blood Street Gang represents strength, loyalty, power, and brotherhood i m ready to fully represent these values at the highest level.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 I can as Bloods Leader improve the RolePlay Level by playing clean and fair way. I think good communication and teamwork are important for successful roleplay.
3.2 Also I will try to hire experienced Deputies, and I will also create a strong Turf Team that can defend our territory and perform well during events.
3.3 I will reward active and dedicated members with promotions and responsibilities, motivating them to contribute more to the organization.
3.4 New members will be recruited through interviews so that only dedicated and mature players join the organization.
