Rejected Unban appeal

Last night I was banned for 60 due to avoiding the tax.
I was in the process for trading cars +2.3million when I was scammed and the player took off with my money. I then submitted a thread for help with proof included which was then replied to with the prompt being myself and the other player had been banned for 60 days due to avoiding the tax. This was not our intention. We were trading cars between ourselves and then I would pay him 2.3million for the different in car prices. I'd also like to add that the car trade option was being glitchy and due to the other player's poor English we decided to attempt trading the cars first and then me hand over money. The 2.3million was deposited into his account and when he went to get it out from the bank he left the game whilst inside the bank. I'm very worried as my real life money was in that amount of money and admins so far have been very vague with answers. I'd really like to have a conversation with someone about the situation if I'm able to because I still don't believe the money has been replaced in my account.
