Sir, i have applied for the ballas, LSPD, and before this i have applied for the leader of so many orgs as lspd, sahp, ng, ballas etc... so till now i am getting only rejection, why i dont know now recently i have applied for LSPD, Ballas and SAHP. but till SAHP not got any results till now..
can i know the reason why i am getting rejected everytime as i fill the application with full of attention and with full of Role play terms then also i am getting rejection..

I request you to please till me that which is bad in my character so that i will improve it and i will better and best next time...
I request you to please tell me the reason. if it is possible
