Hello. I'd like to explain the situation from my perspective.
I was responding to an active store robbery as LSPD. My priority was getting to the scene as quickly as possible to assist with the situation and prevent the suspects from escaping. Because it was an emergency response, I was driving faster than normal traffic would.
When the incident occurred, I did not realize there were rocks in the area. Once I noticed them, I reacted quickly and moved off the road because I believed it was the safest option at the time and wanted to avoid a more serious collision. My actions were not intended to be unrealistic or to break server rules.
I understand how the situation may have looked from another perspective, and I respect the staff's decision. However, I would like it to be considered that I was responding to an active robbery call and was acting within an ongoing RP scenario rather than driving recklessly for no reason or attempting to gain an unfair advantage.
I apologize if my actions appeared unrealistic and will be more mindful of realistic driving expectations in the future. I would appreciate it if the context of the emergency response could be taken into account when reviewing my punishment.
