1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? The reason
why i would like to become an admin is to help support the project which i am enjoying very much from what i have played on the server so far i feel like i have completed alot of things and i wowuld like to help inforce the rules but also help new players enjoy the rp life and help where i can help and build a strong asset to other player and admins. This is also highly rewarding so it can help me in the furture and will get me out of my confort zone. Also i love helping new players out this is what i did in my family with new players
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
i would like to focuse on being an admin for crime as i have enjoyed the cime life i have held a rank of 20 in sosa term when hes was leadder of ballas i have also hald other ranks in other gangs like rank 16 in kevins term which was marubonta and in usss i heald rank lieutenant
3. What are your strengths?
Problem solving: i can resolve issues proactively such as handling inquiries or addressing challenges ,
Effective Communication: i can communicate clearly and politely with people who i am working alongside with and people who have issues in the city
Discretion: i can handle sensitive information in a professinal way where i can be trusted.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Dyslexia: This can affect my Spelling more then anyhting which i struggle with but i am sure there are resoures out there thata can help me over come this.
Short tolarance to bad behaviour : i feel like this is one of my biggest ones as i really dislike people who think its okay to break rules and bully people on purpose.
Impatience: I feel like i am a very impatient person as i like to know answers there and then and cannot wait.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Problem solving: i can resolve issues proactively such as handling inquiries or addressing challenges
Policy Enforcement: Helping inforce the rules into the city giving players a fair chance
