Hello, I apologise for 'Breaking rules of complaints/abusing complaints'. This was not my intention and I did not know I was as I have not made one in years now (I hope this one is better)

I am not sure why Floki thought I was cheating in the first place, there was no PC check or anything, just a straight ban. I just wanted to say I have never cheated on Grand and I have never cheated on any game either. I have no intentions on cheating and so I think this ban was unfair. If they did a PC check they would of found no cheats at all.
I am asking for 1 more chance to make things right, my history on EN3 is good and I am going to keep that up if I am given another chance. I apologise for any negative experiences I brought to the game but i can assure you I did not cheat a single time, that is not me at all. It has been over 3 years since I was banned so I am hoping you can take a step back to reconsider this matter.
After reflecting on the situation, I recognize that my actions negatively affected the community and created unnecessary problems. That was not my intention, but I understand that intentions do not excuse the impact of my behavior. I respectfully ask for a second chance. If my ban is lifted, I will make sure to follow all rules moving forward and contribute positively to the community. I have learned from this experience and am committed to avoiding similar mistakes in the future.
I am willing to only have one account so you can keep my twink (12873) banned but please unban my main (528).
