I applied for SAHP leader by my application got rejected, I would like to know the reason behind the rejection of my application. If it is low level, my ic level is 17. If it is something else I would like to know the reason.

I also applied for administrator position and it was rejected saying I do not meet requirements, so I am very keen to know what is the the requirement I dont meet.
