Hello Lebron,
I was banned around January 16 or 17, approximately six months ago. Since then, I have not been able to play EN3.
My account was hacked and misused by someone else, and the actions that led to the ban were not done by me. I deeply regret not enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), as it could have prevented this situation.
I understand that account security is ultimately my responsibility, and I have learned from this mistake. I would sincerely appreciate it if you could review my case and consider giving me another chance. I am willing to follow any additional security requirements to ensure this does not happen again.
