I hope you are doing well.
I am writing this complaint regarding the recent SAHP Leadership selection process. I believe that despite having significant experience and dedication towards SAHP, I was not selected for the leadership position, and I would like to respectfully raise my concerns and request proper feedback regarding the decision.

I have nearly 7–8 months of experience and have continuously worked to improve my professionalism, activity, leadership qualities, and overall contribution towards the faction. A few months ago, I was also shortlisted and selected for the SAHP Leadership Interview, which itself reflected that I was considered capable for the position. Unfortunately, due to unavoidable family reasons at that time, I could not attend the interview.
However, now my situation is stable, and I am fully confident in my abilities and prepared to successfully clear the leadership interview and fulfill the responsibilities of leadership properly.
Therefore, I respectfully request the Curator Team to explain:
1. In which areas I am currently lacking,
2. What improvements are expected from me,
3. And what requirements I need to fulfill to become eligible for leadership in future selections.
My intention is not to create unnecessary issues, but rather to understand the reasoning behind the decision and work on myself accordingly. I am fully willing to accept constructive criticism and improve wherever required.
I hope my concerns will be reviewed fairly and that I will receive proper guidance regarding my future eligibility for leadership.
