Yes i was partolling in the city , I saw this saw stop the car in the middle of road , i met him at IC time : 7:46 .(Video timestamp 26:23)
At ic time : 7:47 He was speeding in the city , i was giving him pull over demands using the radar (Video timestamp 26:38 )
I gave him 3 demands to stop the car , this car was so speed , so i was drivning some distance and returning back to the city and i found him again , i just engine block his car and He did CL and GR 6.2- (leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation by leaving the game )at video timestamp :27:26
