1. To improve professionalism and discipline within FIB I want to ensure that all agents follow server rules, maintain high standards of roleplay, and represent the FIB professionally. A disciplined organization creates better roleplay experiences for everyone on the server.
2. To develop and support FIB members As a leader, I would focus on training new agents, helping them improve their skills, and creating opportunities for promotion based on performance. This would build a stronger and more effective team.
3. To increase FIB activity and operations I want to organize regular investigations, special operations, training sessions, and joint events with other state organizations. This would keep members active, improve teamwork, and make FIB more engaging for both agents and civilians.
