1. I have a lot of leadership experience
I have been in High Command positions in almost every organization on the server. This helped me learn how to manage people handle situations and keep a faction active. I believe this experience has prepared me for the responsibility of leading LSPD.
2. LSPD is the faction I enjoy the most
I have always enjoyed the roleplay and teamwork that LSPD offers. It is the organization where I have spent some of my best moments on the server. I would like the opportunity to lead it and help it continue to grow.
3. I want to leave a positive impact on the organization
My goal is to build an active and well organized department where members enjoy their time and have opportunities to improve. I want to support members help them reach their goals and create an environment where everyone works together as a team.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.:
I would improve the roleplay level by organizing regular trainings and making sure officers understand and follow proper procedures in every situation. I would encourage members to create meaningful interactions with civilians and other factions instead of rushing scenes. I would also ensure that High Command actively guides members and provides feedback so the department continues to improve and maintain high roleplay standards.
