Rejected Request to Review and Reduce Ban Duration | Biomask King

Dear Admin Team,

I am writing this complaint/request regarding my 21 days ban for writing something inappropriate about an admin in Prime Chat.

I want to sincerely apologize for my mistake. I recently bought Prime Chat in-game, but I honestly did not know that when I press T for chatting, I was typing in Prime Chat. I thought I was writing in normal Family chat. It was a mistake. Because of this confusion, I accidentally sent a message in Prime Chat about an admin, and I fully understand that it was wrong.

I want to clearly say that this was not intentional and I did not mean to disrespect the admin publicly or cause any issue. I accept my mistake and I promise that I will be more careful in the future before sending any message.

I kindly request the admin team to please review my situation and reduce my punishment from 21 days to 7 days, as this was my first mistake of this kind and it was not done intentionally.

I apologize again to the admin involved and to the whole admin team for my mistake. I hope you can give me one chance and reduce the ban duration.
