2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I'm an experienced player within Grand RP EN3 with the in-game level of 75, with the majority of that time being in gangs, learning and building my experience up. Having been deputy in many terms across the different gangs as well as leading Marabunta April 2025 and Vagos for two terms February to March 2026, I have now gained enough experience and knowledge on what it takes to be a good and active leader. Marabunta Grande was the first gang I took leadership in and I would love to take it again with the experiences and knowledge I have gained since.
During my time in the city I have made many alliances that I truly believe would make an amazing term with activity not just in ghetto but events also. I have learnt in my time of being in the city it's not just about numbers it is about quality, structure, organization and being active as a leader. I honestly believe my personality and skill set is perfect for leading a gang and it would be an honor to lead Marabunta Grande once again.
I'm confident I can bring active numbers to the gang, good participation in events, make ghetto more active, make gangs more active and bring more RP to the city. I have many ideas I want to bring to Marabunta Grande to make lots of different fun RP situations for both Leos and gang members.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
-Make gangs active throughout the day ensuring there is plenty of situations for both the gang and the leos
-Ensure people negotiating are capable to do RP and make it fun
-Do situations in new and different locations to prevent it from getting boring.
Goals when becoming leader:
- Makes gangs active again
-Achieve terrorist organization
- Improve the RP in the city
- Control Ghetto
- Have a clean terms with 0 warns
