I went over there and found him as a suspsect he was carrying illegal items also wearing armor , i tried tasing him to stop , but he decided to Do RDM , He was giving me UB Demands To Speak while i was dead at TS 00:56
Also he did mixing saying u can use Non RP chat , Put a forum and Also Replying My Non RP Talk In RP Which Is mixing

Its a Request I dont want any punishment (Fail RP) for the taxi guy who patched me ​
