He was Practicing for his Next Target. His location was Found & his Phone was hacksd which Captured his Photo & SAHP published it to INGRAND. Via Citizens Help, The Leo's want the Sharp shooter Dead. First to Kill the Shooter Wins the Ransom! Award is Big as the Target is a Wanted Criminal who has a Bounty on his Head
