Hello administrator Team,
I would like to make a complaint regarding a FearRP punishment given by Admin Shizuka Sakai.
I was pulled over by an SAHP officer while going to Capital. After asking for his ID, he cuffed me and took me to another location. He then told me to either pay him or go to prison. When he got me out of the vehicle, he said he would put duct tape on my mouth, but at that moment he was not pointing gun at me so i can move. Whenever the officer pointed a gun at me, I stopped moving. When he put the gun inside, I moved again. My POV clearly shows this, but I was still punished for FearRP.
A similar situation had previously been reviewed by an administrator regarding an incident involving an FIB agent. During that discussion, I was informed that if a weapon is pointed at a player, they cannot move; however, if the weapon is lowered or put away, you can move. Unfortunately, I do not have the POV from that previous Administration discussion, but the complaint records may contain the details.
The officer later killed me and said "Fuck you, bitch" which I believe is against GR 6.8, He was also doing animations near my dead body, but no action was taken for that.
I respectfully ask for this punishment to be reviewed. All timestamps Here According to my POV.
