Hello Administration Team,
My account (ID 166023) was banned for ER 1.7 (Famwar) due to my POV not containing game sound.
I would like to explain that the missing game sound was not intentional. Before the Famwar, I enabled the Instant Replay feature to ensure I would not lose my POV. Unfortunately, I was unaware that the game audio was not being recorded correctly due to a bug or incorrect audio settings.
This is the first time I have experienced this issue. After discovering the problem, I checked my settings and fixed them so it will not happen again in the future.
I fully understand the importance of providing a complete POV with game audio during Famwar events and I have always tried to follow the server rules. The lack of audio was caused by a technical issue rather than an attempt to hide information or break the rules.
I respectfully ask the administration team to review my case and consider reducing or removing the punishment, as a 30-day ban will result in significant losses, including my business operations and properties potentially going to auction during my absence.
