Initially, this person provoked me by hitting me with their car. Then, as they approached, I thought they were going to hit me again, so instead of killing them, I fired a warning shot to scare them away, and even though my voice wasn't audible, I told them not to hit me. However, the player didn't die and stated in a forum thread that this was for (UB+CR), yet the administrator gave me a warning at 6:15, which led to my ban. Because of this warning, I used my 3 penalty rights and received a 7-day suspension. I promise to abide by the rules and never do anything like this to other players again. I love you all, our valued administrators, and Grand RP very much.
