2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to become leader of families gang because I have spend a lot of time in city and learned how the ghetto works. during my time in different gang terms i have gained experiance in events, teamworks and etc. I believe that i can use this experiance to make families gang one of the most active gang in the whole city. my goal is to keep my gang involved in every event and make sure that our gang color is seen all across the ghetto
2.2 One more thing that i enjoy gang roleplay more then state orgs. i like competing against orther gangs and creating a strong envirnment where members are always motivated to paticipate. under my leadership i will focus on acitivty, communication, and orgaization so that we can perform well in events such as fz raid, store, hostage and other gang events whhiile mantaining strong presence every day and every time.
2.3 My final reason is that i want to build a respected and united families term. i want members to feel involved and have oppertunity to grow within the gang. there will be no favoritism and promttions will be based on effort and contribution. i will work to create a disciplined but enjoyable atmosphare where members can have fun, make memorires, and help gang to become one of the strongest and most recognized gang in city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will insure that every gang member understand gang rules, server rules, and proper rp before being recruting. new members will receive guidance from experianced members so they can learn and adapt it quickly.
3.2 The org will remain active through legal and illegal rp activities such as captures, graffities, hostages, stores (etc )and events will maintain realistic and high quality role play.
3.3 i will encourage members to create unique rp scenarios, build rivalries and interact with other org member to do team work and do events like FZ together to increase roleplay oppertunity and make the experiance more enjoyablle for everyone.
