2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) I want to become a leader of The Families because I want to build an active gang that participates in all of the events, and all the members stay very active and show up to events. I will make sure that The Families will be feared in the city.
2) I want other gangs and people to fear The Families by making it the most dominant and active gang. I also like the crime side more than the state side. I love competing against other gangs in events, and I would like to build a strong environment where people do not argue over things and everyone follows the rules. If I become a leader, I will focus on being the most active gang.
3) I promise that I will be fair to everyone and promote people only based on their activity. If I become a leader, I will give everyone a chance to join if they know the server rules. I also promise that, under my leadership, all my gang members will be active. I will make sure that my gang members fill out logs to ensure that our gang is active in every aspect.
3. 1) I will not tolerate any rule breakers in my gang. If I find out that someone is breaking the rules , I will make sure they are kicked from the organization.
2) I will make sure that only people who know all the server rules can join the gang. If I find anyone breaking the rules, they will instantly be demoted or kicked from the organization.
3) After every event, bonuses will be given out to everyone, and promotions will be based on activity and there will be no favoritism.
4) I will also organize events with a large number of members to ensure that everyone gets involved in serious roleplay.
