On consideration GR 3.1 + GR 6.8 + CR | 243323 + 243322

Me and my friend was jsut chilling in the city. HOWEVER,

ID 243322 just rammed my car and it's clearly was not an accident.
When we stopped for defending our lives,

ID 243322 just shot at us first and then we started to defend our lives.

And when we got killed the same ID did GR 6.8 ( he pulled out 2 middle fingers )

However,

These both ID's did a GR 3.1 in turkish lanugage. For that reason i am requesting a Turkish admin for check up.
