First of all not off topic. I just saw something and write it here.
The thread owner the ID 75569 was shooting inside the families HQ which is violation of Ghetto Rule 1.4.
At the timestamp 0.9 - 0.15 thread owner shooted inside the HQ. Clear to see that. He missed that shot but it didnt change anything. You can check families area at downside which I uploaded at imgur.

1.4 It is forbidden to push/kill gangmembers on their HQ. You are not allowed to enter on HQ of another gang without permission. | WARN
