Hello,
I hope you are well.

I was previously banned on my main account for:
  • 45457 (Ban Evade)
  • 109997 (Anticheat Violation GR1.1 + GR1.4)
At the time, I had two accounts, and I fully understand that what I did was wrong. The punishment I received was justified, and I accepted it.

But after being unbanned from my primary account, I only had one account active. After a couple of days, I got another ban for Ban Evade. I believe there could be a mistake somewhere.

From what I can tell, this account is my primary account, and I don't think I ever got a project blacklist on any other server. On EN1, I was banned but not project blacklisted, and on EN2, I haven't been banned at all.

I would like to ask you to look into my situation because I think that this might have been a mistake.
