2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?
• Experience: I am participating in gangs and criminal activities from a long while. I have experienced mostly every situation and perceptives. I am sure that I can easily handle every situations and events.
• Leadership Skills: I have good leadership qualities in me and I can lead events and do better roleplay than nowadays the gang do. I am able to handle my emotions and also to lead a lot of fellow culprits alone.
• Activity: I have observed that the gang are active at afternoon and evening but not at night on in the morning. I have some guys in my mind from different time zones. They will ensure activity in such times too. Also I promise to give my best for the activeness. I want LEOs to fear from us for our activities.
• Self-Confidence and Self-Awareness: I am confident that I am capable of what I want to do and also on the other hand, I am aware of my flaws and weaknesses. I am a type of guy that accepts his flaws and work on them instead of just ignoring or denying them.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
• Professionalism: In gangs, I have seen that professionalism in Roleplay lacks behind most of the times. I will teach my guys better roleplaying skills and everything which will contribute to improve the Roleplay level.
• Thinking twice: I have seen higher ups doings things without thinking too much which later on results to punishments or resentments. I will make sure that whatever I or my deputies does have thought twice or even thrice for less or no mistakes and better choices.
• Priority to interviews: The gangs nowadays are hiring guys without even confirming that whether they are able and used to enough about the rules and regulations or server or not. They just invite them after checking his/her age. Some even dont check their age and directly invites them. Which in future leads to rule breaks and deterioration of the image of that particular gang among everyone. I will make sure thats everyone who is in my gang are taken in after interview and they must have atleast basic knowledge of rules.
• A friendly environment in Gang: Mostly all gang posses a bit of toxicity which occurs due to their own beliefs and personality. I am completely against Toxicity. Everyone promises to eliminate toxicity during their term but in the end it all just stays like a fake promise and undone. I am the man of my words and I do what I say. The initiative starts from the leader and higher ups. I am friendly by nature and the deputies who are in my mind too possess this quality. I promise to remove toxicity (if any) in my term and develop a friendly environment for everyone so that everyone enjoys roleplaying.
• Bonus System: Bonus is something that helps people to stay sticked to something. I will ensure max bonuses for every events and even for the events whose bonuses arent provided by anyone, I will provide from my side.
Apart from everything, I setted some goals which I will acheive during my term. They are:
• Maximum Criminal Activities in Cities
• Painting the whole city in Yellow
• To eliminate favouritism
• To eliminate toxicity
• Completing Weekly tasks before the deadline.
• Developing a feeling of Terror among everyone by our Gang.
• Build an experienced and loyal team not just a criminal organisation and develop feeling of brotherhood among everyone.
• Completing all my promises I have made above.
