2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
(i) I am applying for San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) because I feel the organization has great potential, which is not being used to the fullest.
(ii) The current level of activity is not sufficient to address the needs of the high crime rate prevalent within the SAHP jurisdiction, which includes frequent house, ATM, juice shop and highway robberies.
(iii) As leader, I will make the revitalization of SAHP my priority by increasing active patrols, reducing crime and ensuring greater safety for all.
I have served two terms as Sheriff of SAHP. I have learned valuable leadership skills as well as kept a conflict free environment.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My main goal is to make sure that SAHP responds to every situation with strong numbers, professionalism and discipline on and off duty, and great communication and relationships with citizens and other organizations.
(i) I will foster a friendly and supportive organizational environment.
(ii) I will make sure there is disciplined and professional behaviour on and off duty at all time.
(iii) I will ensure HQ gates are always covered.
(iv) I will host promotion ceremonies weekly
(v) I will train all troopers properly, if HR is not available I will provide training personally.
(vi) I will be available to assist and resolve any officer requiring assistance or guidance.
(vii) I will get rid of favoritism and nepotism and make sure that promotion is fair to all.
(viii) I will conduct Public Relations events to build good relationship with the citizens.
(ix) I will make sure Troopers are always patrolling on highways
