Dear Admin,

As you Can see in the POV that he Cuffed me while sitting to Talk? In starting only I told him to Show ID.
However 2of my freinds were having gun and Open carrying he should fear for life.
Later he Uncuffed me - I Requested him to Show his Id but he Said " He is Classifed "
However COP 13.12.2 - Clearly States that "When a citizen they have detained is requesting it." He Detaineed me he should be showing id or to Identify Him self as it is a Qualified interaction.
At time stamp 2:44 he said his Name his "Agent Bond' - However it is a UB name and theres no one named Agent Bond in FIB.
At Time stamp 6:55 - I Myself showed my passport to Request his ID Again but He Keep's refusing it.
After Time stamp 7:00 he keeps Ignoring Me.

However he is a Supervisor of Spec Ops - Which Do not get classified neither he is a Under Cover. He should not be classified if he is

I Request you to give severe punishment as he is really not fit to be in State Org for Being getting reports for GR 6.4 again and again Reviewed - POV Req | 122340

0:34 i cuffed u before u sat thats not pg and how did u know what rank i was and what department i am or how did u know there is no agent name as Agent bond in fib ?
