I would like to know the reason behind my Admin/Leader blacklist so that I can better understand the situation. My intention is not to argue with the decision, but to learn from it and improve myself.

I would also appreciate any guidance on what I can do to remove my Admin/Leader blacklist in the future and prove that I deserve another opportunity.
