I hope you are doing well. I am writing about my Vagos application. My application was locked for almost a week, and when I received the final result, it was rejected for "Lack of Trust." I respect the decision, but I am confused because I do not know what caused the lack of trust. I answered the questions honestly, so I would appreciate it if you could explain what led to this decision. I am not trying to argue about the rejection. I only want to understand the reason so I can learn from it and avoid making the same mistake in the future. If there was something that raised concerns during the review, I would be grateful if you could let me know. I would also like to ask if the lack of trust can be removed or lifted in the future. If there is anything I can do to regain trust and become eligible to apply again, please let me know. I am willing to improve and follow any guidance you may have.
