My name is Ahmed Murphy (ID 3470), and I am reaching out regarding my unban situation.

I was informed that I would be unbanned around two weeks ago, but since then I have repeatedly been told to wait. I have respected every instruction given to me and have remained patient throughout the process, but unfortunately there has been no progress and I have not received any clear update regarding my account.

For reference, here are the forum threads related to my case:

I understand that staff members are often busy, and I appreciate the work that goes into handling these cases. However, I have already waited significantly longer than expected. I own a business in-game and I am genuinely concerned about losing it due to the delay. I am not asking for any special treatment or exceptions—only for the unban that was already approved to be processed.

I also have exams these days, which means I have limited time available. I simply want the opportunity to log in, manage my assets, and take care of my business before any issues arise from my prolonged absence.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my case or help direct it to the appropriate administrator so that this matter can finally be resolved.
