The organization that is conducting the event: Government
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: The government have recently received a supply of performance enhancing drugs from EMS for state wide approval. A special ambulance has been parked in the Capitol UGP and it awaiting transfer to humane labs after the checks have been done. The ambulance will take 10 mins to be stock checked and paperwork attached to each crate in the ambulance. In this time the gangs will know find out via an EMS ingrand with the ambulance in the background advertising the drugs to the public as a teaser. The gangs can attack the capitol or intercept the ambulance on its way to humane labs.
Role of Each Organization Involved: Government need to hold security in the capitol as normal. They will call upon all state orgs only if attacked at the capitol. If not then they will call for state orgs for a convoy for humane labs and transport the ambulance there. The gangs need to capture the ambulance and return it to there HQ and park it where the gangs vehicle deployment spot is.
Other organizations involved: EMS need to do the ingrand at capitol with the ambulance so people know where it is.
Admin Requirements: Spawn the ambulance at capitol and make it black. Remove the greenzone over capitol and humane labs.
How is the event won?: Defending the ambulance and successfully taking it to humane labs and parking it in the garage area. Or the gangs capture it and park it where they get vehicles from.
Prize for the winner: 250k for driver of ambulance.
