    1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
       I have 3 Strong Reasons for wishing to become a Administrator. My first reason is to assist and Help fresh players that join the Server to understand the Rules and Experiences of GrandRP, When a New Player joins GrandRP most of the time they do not know that a Forum exists or that Strict Rules are in place. Therefore it leads to rule breaks before they even understand the rules themselves, I want to help prevent that from happening. My Second reason is to punish the correct individuals who truly deserve punishments that lead to the negative impact on other's RP, There are certain Individuals within GrandRP who purposely ruin the RP of Others which leads to Negative Feedback and Negative Opinions about GrandRP, I want to help punish those people and help establish a better opinion on GrandRP. My Third and Final Reason is that I wish to honestly improve the overall opinion of Server 3 to attract further players to arrive and Join Server 3.
    2. What are your strengths?
       I have 3 Main Strengths 1. My Main Strength is Emotional Control, I can control my emotions very well and I am very good when it comes to Controlling myself in Certain Situations
       2. My Second Strength is constructive criticism, I am not afraid to tell people when they are wrong and how to fix it, but I do not do it in a Negative or Harmful way, I give constructive criticism to support someone's development while also keeping it within reasonable tension without the other person believing i have attacked them or attempted to break them down.
       3. My Third and Final Strength is Emotional Understanding, I am very good at responding and recognising other's states of emotion. I can easily understand when someone is a state of emotional reasoning or emotional shock which can allow me to better help the Players and Help Certain Situations.
    3. What are your weaknesses?
       I have 2 Main Weaknesses.1. My First Main Weakness is I often over trust people too quickly and too easily. Often times I befriend people really easily.
       2. My Second Main Weakness is that i easily get distracted when i have no task at hand, Often times i become distracted when i have nothing to do.
    4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
       I have 3 Main Skills to Bring to the Admin Team:1. My First Main Skill is that I am a determined Person, I can work and spend hours on end playing and assisting Players.
       2. My Second Main Skill is a good Work Ethic, I have Very disciplined and Strict moral principles that allow me do any task very well, For example, I am very reliable and Punctual which can lead to increased trust and Respect from Others
       3. My Third and Final Skill is Extremely good Communication Skills, I am excellent when it comes to addressing problems and questions that i have with something or a potential situation. I am not afraid or anxious to ask questions.
    5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) Yes, I am ready to sell my Business, However i do not have a business currently.
    6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon? I currently have no issues effecting in IRL that will cause being Active
