I received a one-month ban due to point-of-view (POV) requirements. Could my ban be shortened or lifted, please?

I got a 1.7 ban, I don't have a record of it, but the guy claims I hit a wall. His record shows I didn't hit a wall.

You are not banned for GR1.7. For ER1.7 rule break you must have POV. If you do not have the recording, that is not our problem.
