I don't understand how this decision is considered fair. If I broke Green Zone Rule 1.1 and deserve a punishment, then everyone who participated in the same action should be punished as well. I have reviewed the Green Zone rules and nowhere does it say that police officers are exempt from Rule 1.1 or that they have rights inside a Green Zone that regular players do not have.

As far as I can see, there is no statement anywhere in those rules saying that Rule 1.1 does not apply to police officers. If such an exception exists, I would like to know where it is written. My issue is not with receiving a punishment myself, but with the fact that some players are punished while others are not, even though they were involved in the same rule violation. Rules should be enforced equally for all players, regardless of team they are role-playing. I am not trying to argue or avoid responsibility for my own actions. I simply want fair and consistent RP where the same rules apply to everyone unless written exception clearly exists.
