He was following me, so I stopped. He had a weapon in his hand, so I drew mine, gave him a demand, and told him to back off. After that, he aimed at me and opened fire. In the forum report filed against me, he claims that his shot was just a "warning."

As far as I know, a warning shot should be fired into the air, not directly at someone. Since he shot directly at me, I naturally engaged in a gunfight to protect myself. I kindly request that my warning (warn) be removed.

1 gave UB demands in city to cop
