Hello Grand RP Administration,
I would like to appeal my ban and respectfully clarify what was actually said in the voice recording used as evidence.
In the clip, it may sound like I said, "I will f*** your mom," but that is not what I said. The phrase I said was "bombaclat p****," and I believe the audio was misunderstood. After reviewing the footage myself, I slowed down the recording and listened to it carefully multiple times. When the clip is slowed down, it becomes much clearer that I did not say the phrase I am being accused of saying.
I have video proof, including a slowed-down version of the footage, which makes the words much easier to distinguish. The recording provides additional context and clearer audio than the clip that was used against me. Because of this, I believe the ban was issued based on a mishearing of what was actually said rather than the words that were spoken.
I fully understand the importance of the server rules and I am not trying to avoid responsibility for anything I actually said. I am simply asking for a fair review of the evidence, as the slowed-down footage clearly shows that I did not say, "I will f*** your mom."
I would greatly appreciate it if the administration team could review the original recording and the slowed-down version before making a final decision. I am happy to provide any additional footage or information if needed.
Thank you for your time, consideration, and review of my appeal.
