2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Reason 1: Experience and Leadership
I have worked for both legal and criminal organisations during my time in the city. I have been Brigadier General in National Guard, Chief of Staff in Government, Deputy Leader in Marabunta Grande And I am currently serving as a Captain in SAHP.
These positions have honed my leadership, communication, organization management, conflict resolution and the value of professionalism. I know how to lead people and keep an organization active, disciplined and successful.
Reason 2: Dedication to SAHP
SAHP has been one of the most fun and rewarding experiences of my roleplay career. I have had the opportunity to work with seasoned officers and leadership members to better understand law enforcement roleplay and the inner workings of a department.
As a US MARSHAL I have seen the strengths of the organization and where improvements can be made. I want to help SAHP grow using my experience and knowledge while keeping it professional, active, and high-quality roleplay.
Reason 3: Understanding of the City
My experience on both the legal side and the criminal side of roleplay has given me a good understanding of how different organizations work, and how they interact with each other. This view helps me make fair decisions, work well with other legal organizations, and create fun roleplay situations for the community.
I also have a good understanding of server rules, state laws and organizational procedures that will help me to lead SAHP responsibly and professionally.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1. Improve Training Standards
Conduct regular training sessions covering state laws, SOPs, radio communication, traffic stops, felony stops, and roleplay standards to ensure officers are fully prepared.
2. Increase Patrol Activity
Organize frequent highway patrols and city patrols to improve public safety and create more opportunities for roleplay interactions between citizens and law enforcement.
3. Reward Active Members
Introduce regular promotion ceremonies and recognition programs to reward dedicated officers and keep department morale high.
4. Strengthen Mentorship
Encourage experienced officers to mentor newer members, helping them improve faster and become valuable assets to the department.
5. Improve Coordination With Legal Organizations
Maintain strong relationships with Government, National Guard, EMS, and FIB to ensure successful operations and create more realistic roleplay scenarios.
6. Department Events and Activities
Host department events, tactical exercises, competitions, and joint operations to increase activity and strengthen teamwork within the organization.
