2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
> Recently, I became the Temp Leader of Vagos, and now through this application, I would like to apply for the position of Leader of Vagos.
> I believe I can revive the gang RP and activity that was slowly faded away over time. With the support of my friends and loyal members, I want to bring back that missing RP, regular events, and the strong presence for Vagos within the city.
> Our first goal will be to complete weekly tasks consistently while also organizing additional RP scenarios such as hostage situations, OOC events, and rewarding active members who contribute to the gang. I will also create a friendly and supportive environment for both existing members and newcomers so they can learn and enjoy gang RP with me.
> I personally want to bring a redemption arc to the gang side of the city. That's the reason I decided to withdraw my LSPD leadership application and changed my mind towards rebuilding Vagos and bringing back the missing RP that many players miss today.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
> As I already mentioned, my goal is to bring a redemption arc to Vagos and revive the gang roleplay that many players miss today.
> To achieve this, I plan to organize as many roleplay situations and events as possible, including store robberies, gun store robberies, hostage situations, and other interactive RP situations. These situations will help newbie members learn how gang roleplay works, how negotiations are conducted with LEOs, and how demands should be made according to the situation.
> I will personally do my best to guide both the organization and the newbie members so that they can learn and improve without feeling lost. I want to create a friendly and supportive environment where members can enjoy the game, develop their RP skills, and feel comfortable asking for help.
> At the same time, I will ensure that Vagos remains strong and respected. I will always stand with my members and protect the interests of the organization. Once someone joins Vagos, they not only become part of a gang but instead they become a family member for me who can approach to me with any problem at any time.
