he went IC repeatedly about seeing me clear criminal history, despite being told it is OOC multiple times by multiple people .

his rulebreak created a situation that lead to him opening a DOJ case starting with this whole thing being metagamed. (Mentioning deleting crime history IC and in IC radio)
