1. I Want To Become The Leader Of Bloods Because I Have Experienced The Gang Side and LEO Side Of This City And I Have Achieved Almost Everything From Organizations Leo and Gangs all The Way To a Lot Of Success. I Want To Fully Experience The City Through The Eyes Of a Leader and Help Everyone Else Move Forward With Success.
2. Another Reason I Wish To Become The Leader of Bloods is to Fully Improve and Help Develop The Criminal Side Of The City, I Have Seen Many Gangs Do Store Robberies Horribly Without Understanding The Rules. Which Leads to Terrible Management and Bad Reputation Of The Gang Overall, Another Example is Poor Leadership of Gangs, Too Many Times Leaders Ignore Their Members and Deputies and Do What They Think Is Right Which Leads To Massive Distrust Within The Organization.

The Last Reason I Want To Become Leader Of Bloods Is To Set an Example for Other Leaders, I Will Manage The Gang and I Will Look Into Everything From Complaints or Fights Within The Gang to Help Solve Them All The Way To More Serious Situations, I Will Try My Best To Make This Gang As Active and Professional were Everyone Knows Their Rules.

1. I Will Make Sure All Members Follow The Rules and Understand Them, I Will Make Sure That Nothing Compromises Our Roleplay and The Gang Members Stay Realistic And Professional At All Times.
2. I Will Appoint Strict and Disciplined Deputies to Keep The Flow of Power In Check, I Will Also Individually Interview And Assign Experienced Interviewers Who Understand The Rules Very Well, This Will Keep The Gang From Constant Rule Breaks.
3. I Will Not Practice Favoritism Within My Organization To Keep The Ranks Balanced, Keep The Members Happy, The Ranks Will Be Assigned Via Knowledge and Experience of The Said Member, to Remove Biasness.
