A . I want to become Families leader as Families is the most active gang in the ghetto as it is the heart of the ghetto rivaled by ballas & bloods near there territory. I want the gang to be involved in all the events & Make families the best org in the whole city of los santos.
B . As a leader of the org i want to create new situation involving illegal activity as much as possible to make the people join and like Families gang. I would like to create more alliances , rivalries , situation , conflicts between gangs and Police ( LEOS ). This will create more engagement of people with each other.
C . All m goals cant be achieved by me alone it take efforts of loyal and hardworking high commands & members of the gang to take the organization image to another level which could be apricated by all the people of the city. The bonuses the high commands motivation to all the subordinates will make the organization to run efficiently and effectively.

. I would like to create more situation outside the game based events like ( store robbery, gang raids, NG base raids ) .
. I would like to improve the communication of people with each other and make the environment harmonious for everyone .
. There would be more teamwork and strategical plan to execute any situation which is performed by the gang .
. Finally at last i would ensure that there would not be any rule break and there will be proper conducted in the gang .
