Life Story: Matty was born and brought up in India, since birth he had from a very rich background, from getting every toy to every food he wanted, his parents ran business and did day trading. Matty was enrolled in the most prestigious school in India, so he never had story problems of studies either. One day, Matty's parents decided to kick Matty out of the house to gain the experience of world and live 5 years by himself, he was in a trauma, since he was always been provided with good food, good cloths etc. Matty got kicked out of the house when he turned 18, he went here and there to search for food, and ways to earn money, and during that process of finding Matty got to know about pickpocketing but was too scared to do it, Matty gained up the courage to do pickpocket, and successfully managed to get away with it. After sometime Matty thought that the process of pickpocketing is very risky and wanted a job so he had stable income and prove his parents, or else his parents would be disappointed by him; seeing him pickpocketing would break there heart. While doing this he found a unofficial family called "Weda", he became a part of them and enjoyed to work with them. So he put all his knowledge he got from school and choose to join the Police Department, He choose to join The Los Santos Police department.
Career Story: After Matty was enrolled in Los Santos Police department he did his best to earn money and climb the ranks of Los Santos Police department. It was his first time in LSPD and it became his favorite. While grinding though the rank he noticed few officers doing some illegal work to earn more money then any other. He then decided to follow one of them in that progress and see what they do, While he was doing the chase slowly, he got caught by that officer, the officer did terrible things to Matty. Now Matty becomes one of them and do illegal work to earn more money, and his parents are now proud of him.
Outcomes:
1- Matty can remove people‘s criminal background or from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
2- Matty can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe).
3- Matty can cuff people/leos to search and break their bodycams ( /try and /do commands twice per situation) and/or kill them if his identification is at risk (with rp reason) (no targeting, no PG).
4- Matty can search people for cash through the unofficial family menu, ask for money upto 100k and does not need the truth serum
5- Matty possesses exceptional off-road driving skills and can maneuvers SUVs and 4-door vehicles in any terrain without breaking any rules (No NON-RP DRIVING).
