    1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
       ANS: I have spent a significant amount of time in the RP life, experiencing everything from regular civilian jobs to high-ranking positions in organizations. I feel that I have fully accomplished my goals as a player. I believe I can do a lot more good for the server as an objective admin than I can as an individual roleplayer. I want to assume a completely neutral position where I can focus solely on server health and helping the community. I am completely prepared to leave my RP life behind and work with the back-end of the project.

       ANS:
       1) I have excellent conflict resolution and communication skills. In a RP server, players often get hesitant during administrative situations. I know how to step into a tense situation, deescalate the anger, and communicate clearly. I can explain rules in a way that players understand, reducing toxicity and maintaining a professional environment.
       
       2) I am very experienced in managing Discord server structures, drafting clean and clear communication between curators and players, resolve player disputes through text calmly and professionally, maintaining a toxic-free community environment.
       
       3) I can strong teamwork and coordination skills. I understand how to follow the chain of command, support senior administration, and collaborate with other admins to keep the server running smoothly.

       ANS: Please take into consideration that due to my current hardware setup, my game can occasionally crash (Code A), but I always reconnect immediately to continue my duties. There are times when I may not be able to speak on mic and will need to communicate purely through clear text, logs, and typing.
