I was at my friend's apartment when the incident occurred. As my friend and I exited the apartment building, we observed an individual standing outside. Without making any demands, giving any warning, or attempting any communication, the individual immediately opened fire on us. Neither my friend nor I had any interaction with the individual prior to the shooting, and no opportunity was given to comply with any instructions before shots were fired.
