Hello Grand RP Administration Team,
I would like to respectfully appeal my ban for cheats.
I understand that during the investigation, suspicious cheat-related website strings were found through System Informer/System Information tools, and I understand why this raised concerns. However, I would like to explain that I have never used cheats, cheat software, or any third-party programs to gain an unfair advantage on the server.
After reviewing the evidence myself, I noticed that the detected strings were website names that appeared inside the memory of the process "msedgewebview2.exe" (Microsoft Edge WebView2). These strings do not necessarily indicate that I visited, searched for, or used those websites. WebView2 is used by Microsoft Edge and many Windows applications to display web content, advertisements, shopping suggestions, recommendations, and other online resources. As a result, website names can appear in process memory even when a user has never intentionally visited them.

The screenshot I provided shows string-search results from a running process, not browser history, bookmarks, downloads, or proof that I accessed those websites. Memory scanners often display URLs, advertisements, tracking domains, and cached web content that have been loaded by background services or webpages. Because of this, the presence of website names alone does not prove that cheat software was used.
I have never downloaded, executed, or used any cheat program for Grand RP. I have invested time into my account and enjoy playing on the server fairly. If additional verification is required, I am willing to cooperate fully and provide any information necessary to demonstrate that I did not use cheats.
I respectfully ask the administration team to review my case again and reconsider the ban. I understand and support the server's anti-cheat policies, and I appreciate the time taken to review this appeal.
Thank you for your consideration.
