Hello, I encountered this IP blocking screen when trying to access the server. It appears the reason is that I'm trying to bypass a ban placed on someone named "Markus Ca." However, I have no connection to this person and I don't know him. Since internet providers in my country use dynamic IP addresses, it's likely that this person's old IP address has been assigned to me. I believe it's entirely an IP conflict. I request that this be investigated and my IP block lifted.
I would also like to say that I don't use a VPN.
